Getting ready for my first follow-up appointment. Can't wait to "graduate" to full liquids

Day 5...just finished a mile long walk...in 20 minutes. I'm trucking!

Mom is here...and already taking a nap. Who's going to be taking care of who here?!?! *smiles*

Already hit my first goal weight for surgery of 330...now hoping to get to 325! 1.6 more pounds to go by Monday

Had a good morning! Did a lot of running around and made it to the gym. Might be nap time soon!

Starting to make my lists of things to do before surgery! I mostly just want to keep myself busy the next few days/

Made it to the 320s!! I always have a hard time moving between the "decade" pounds...but 329 this morning!!!!

Enjoying a cup of sugar free jello! Had my "breakfast" shake a little early today as I had a dr appt. Trying to make it to noon before my next shake.

Stopped dreaming about my sugery....started dreaming about chinese buffet! *smiles*

Ugh...day 2 of liquids

Half way through Day 1 of liqui diet....so far so good! Hopefully I''ll have enough strength for ZUMBA tonight
