Week 13 of my vertical sleeve post-opt. I now weight 269.2lbs that is 68lbs lost and 33 inch off my entire body. Only 109lbs to get to goal YEAH!!!!!!!!

Today was so wonderful. Had a beautiful trip to California with my son and grandsons to see my granddaughter and other grandson, couldn't have asked for a better day.

Picked up my grand boys for an overnight trip to Cali to see my other 2 grand kids am so excited will be able to spend all day tomorrow with all of them.

Had a wonderful date with my honey. Merle Haggard concert was very good. Thank you daughter for getting us the tickets.
