Saturday morning clouds rain and so peaceful. Sister gets to come home today and am so happy. No more vending machine food Yeah!!

i hit 51lbs lost today and fit in a size 24 am so thankful for my sleeve.

Updates scale watchers I have hit 290.6 that is 47lbs in just 6 weeks. I am loving my sleeve today....

Well this week is over and am so thankful for all my friends and family. Hoping to get back on track and getting to the gym. I'm still losing weight YEAH!!! Had a wonderful date with my honey. Merle Haggard concert was very good. Thank you daughter for getting us the tickets.

This day has had it's up's and down's already. Staring at 2 this morning the air conditioner went out called but won't get fixed until tomorrow I bet. Then off to bowling with the grand kids for league they were so excited. Can't do any cleaning without air it is already 80 in here and it's only 1. ugh:(

Off to heart doctor this morning.

Just received my punching bag and am dying for Tim to come home and hang for me.Am going to start boxing to get in shape (and keep the flab down from surgery) Today I weight 300.4lbs and am looking forward to the 200's just around the corner.

Another visit to heart doctor today Hoping to be able to work-out again.

Picked up my grand boys for an overnight trip to Cali to see my other 2 grand kids am so excited will be able to spend all day tomorrow with all of them.

Still no air but they called at 6:30am to let us know they will be here between 11 and 1 today. We ended up at the casino last night it reached 95 in the house yesterday and this morning it is already 81 UGHHHHHHH!!!!
