Left the 200's and finally in the 190's. Almost to goal. What a great year 2012 was and 2013 is going to be awesome celebrating the new me.

thankfully I hvent gained any weight but I have been making bad food choices lately, gotten go back to the basics I have came to far to regain this weight

Went shopping yesterday, I have gone from a size 3X shirt in December to a size large. Whew

NSV, i can fit in a regular stall without diffucult, everyone knows what I am talking about, you have to squeeze yourself in and have difficult turning around. Oh I can fit comfortable in the bathtub without the water overflowing and I no longer feel smashed. little things that make a difference and a totally wonder.

A size 16 pants fits, I fit in them. The last time I wear a size 16 was oh 199something. Holy crap I look good, I feel good. I havent got this sleeve adjustment down yet and i still make bad choices occassionally, however I am doing it and yes I am bragging. who would thought I could do. it

Went to Home Depot last night with my boyfriend. He asked me to hold a sixty pound bag of cement for him for a moment. Damn I couldn't without his help. However, his point was that is how much weight you were carrying around. That was an eye opener.

A little sore from canoeing yesterday, paddled approx 3-4 miles... I did it though. I love enjoying life again. I can move easier and more active.

O my why me... My hair is starting to fall out, really this has to happen too. It is hard getting protein in, water, etc. etc. I need to work harder.

Reevaluating myself... I am happy with my wieght loss, however I see myself slipping back into some old habits. I have to work on overcoming head hunger.

55 pds later.. WOW all the positive feedback.. Kinda embarrassed by the all the attention but I am enjoying. Hey, I still want to shut out I am the same person but I feel good. Another 50 pds and I feel like a princess, LOL. My bf but me one of those sexy nighties. I havent worn one of those in centuries but it fit and looked good.
