Go for a walk! Do something to get your mind off of it. It has been 7 weeks! Way to go!!!! You should be very proud of yourself. Why start again? It is so unhealthy for you. I quit smoking a little over two years ago, and love not having to be dependant on smokes!

My 60 year old mother went by herself and they took very good care of her! She used a different doctor but he was in TJ, too. I think you will be just fine.

Has any one ever used this WeightWise in Edmond OK? There are two surgeons practicing there, but I am leaning more towards Dr. Walton. Would love to hear your experience.

My sister went to TJ in December and the coordinator told her she did not need a passport numerous times. And she didn't. She just showed the border patrol her driver's license and certified birth certificate and she was good to go. I think maybe because they were in a medical services shuttle van. I applied for a passport card in December and did not pay extra for the speedy service and I still got it back in 13 days. I couldn't believe how quick I got it.

Could you please tell me who your patient coordinator was? I am looking to schedule with this doctor soon. Thank you!

Thank you both very much for your help! 28 hours after arrival in Mexico, their patient cordinator FINALLY called us back after numerous phone calls and emails to her. She stated she had phone issues. Really?? Does the hospital not have phones?? Or how about the hotel she was staying in?? UGH! This ordeal was very nerve racking!! So scared for my family members for awhile. FYI~ I did some research on here before posting this issue and came across Trish's information and that she also worked with Dr. Ponce DeLeon. I did try to contact her at the number and it went to a message stating that the voicemail for this number has not been set up yet. Trish was not my family's patient cordinator. I am also going to have the vertical sleeve surgery in a few months, and I will never again use our patient cordinator due to her lack of communication skills!

Please help me find my family. Two family members went to have the vertical sleeve surgery with Dr. Ponce DeLeon. They arrived yesterday and we have not heard a single word from them or the patient cordinator. Who can we contact to find out what is going on??

I applied for my passport card on December 1st. I received my passport card in the mail on December 13th. I did not pay the $60 extra to have it rushed either. Very quick turn around!
