  1. Tell me this isnt happening to me. Omg. I must be losing my mind. My gf is the best gf who loves and nutures me and I know she has my back 100%. I just cant help revisiting all the bad things shes done in the past and all the bad habit she has today and refuses to change and its literally driving me insane. I have been reading and come to find out this is more common than I thought. Im going to end up being single again because of my surgery. She knew this before hand but prayed that it wouldnt happen. Well I vowed to let her stay with me until she finishes school in hopes my mind changes but as for right now I am done. Shes done nothing wrong for me even to feel this way. Smfh.

    I am a strong person and I cant believe this surgery had this effect on me. I will survive with or without her but it has zapped the love right out of me. I feel so bad cause I am her sole supporter and she cant make it on her own. I must be a f**king horrible person.

    She took me for granted and when I broke the news to her she sat down for a few days and realized that I am her true love and I feel like I am just throwing that away. I just dont have it in me to stay. Its gone.

    I just hope I snap out of it but I cant live a lie and stay if it doesnt come back cause its unfair to her, my son and myself. Damn you Gastric Sleeve.

    Fitday is what I use to use but I know everything and all the portions now. But I do check it every now and then when I dont have a clue about certain things on a menu at a restaurant. It helps give me an average

    While at work I am a carb nazi. But when I go home after a month I eat an ice cream to catch a buzz lol

    You talking to me sweetie. Lol yes indeed the funny thing is I just started working out in feb of this year. I manipulated my food intake to find out what reacts with what on my diet particular for my body. Its a science. I sit at 180lbs but atleast 10-15lbs is of extra skin. I still feel fat though. Its cool cause it only makes me work harder when I workout. Thanks alot

    But I have seen alot of sexy women on here pre and post op. if they put in the effort anythings possible. The main thing is to rid themselves of negative influences.


  5. I was joking about it OMFG. Did u see the lol. I was just pointing out how we all get stories that are never what they started with and I could see how that happens by this conversation. Dang girl it was a joke and I was laughing I called u out oh my lord u have got to be kidding me.

    Yeah emotions run rampid lol. People just cant seem to take a joke so my wording are so complex and multitudinal that one never fully gets what I am saying to them even when its about them.

    But I am in agreement. People are highly sensitive and cant handle a joke much less handle the truth.


  6. I went wild one time and got me an ice cream cone. I ate all the ice cream out of the cone and had to pull my truck over and let my mistress drive. I had a buzz from the sugar lol.

    I eat bbq burgers at carshows but it does last me the entire time. I eat 1/4s and walk and then repeat lol. I get my walk in, my Protein and my tan on. Plus they are usually free cause of the clubs I am in so thats a bonus.

    Yes you can eat alot of food if you pace yourself.

    I can eat a whole fajita taco salad in 6hours. Its very simple.

    Take 4 bites put it down then go do something. Take a drink later then go eat another 4 bites. By this time its been 1.5-2 hrs so your right on time. And repeat. I tend to eat at non fast food restaurants often while home. Like as in everyday. But I always take it home and snack on it from 11am till 9 at night. But I pick Protein dense meals as well.

    That is the worst part of this whole ordeal. I almost lost my mind doing the post op diet. I had to go home from work cause I ran out of liquid foods and those boys were cooking turduckins and seafood all the time.

    Good luck and bear through it. Its worth it in the end


  9. Good luck and you can do it. My stomach still works for sure and I am over a year out. Stretching stomach? Nah thats a myth. Why so? Because they figure out which foods they can handle easier and stick to that which allows more intake which causes stability. Think about that and you will notice it in your diet.

    I notice it in mine. Taco salad shells, hawaiian punch. When I switch back to losing I simply just stop both of those and it starts back losing again.


  10. Merchant Mariner Ship captain. But also had to be sworn in to the USCG aux for the draft unfortunately.

    40 grams is to be in ketosis. You dont really need to be in ketosis. Just low carb works. Like I said anything over 150 pretty much stops my loss.

    I eat over 1200cal a day now if I eat 3 prot bars. But those 3 bars only total 36grams of carbs. But I do drink a Vitamin Water or punch also with some Vitamins in it.

    I do it by eating alot of supreme Protein bars and strictly Protein shakes or meats like spaghetti meatballs with no spaghetti lol. For me I notice that anything over 160 grams carbs I maintain. At 100 grams I lose. It also depends on your exercise routines on the allowances. I dont do cardio because of my unique situation working on a boat with limited space.

    Theres also cookbook sites like linda lo carb meals and others as such. Goodluck and at the lower body weight ranges the weight comes off slow


  12. Sounds like something your doing is wrong babe. Relook at your situation and revamp it to work for you. I hate to be the carb nazi but when all else fails cut the carbs and it will fall. I use carbs to maintain. I promise ;)


  13. Taco salads at 4 months for me and now its a 4x a week thing for lunch when I am home. A girl "whomever" and I usually go and split one. She eats 75% and I eat 1/4. Perfect size for both of us. Thats just me though.


  14. I had a NSV the other day. I walked up in Acadamy Sports and bought me 3 under armour shirts and 3 pairs of shorts. All size medium. I didnt even try it on or anything. I get home and guess what that medium shirt is to big.

    Thats a big NSV to me especially the last time I was in a medium was when I was in the 4th grade.

    I tried on My sons youth large shorts. They fit. A little snug like some come and get mes but they fit right in the waist. Thats sad smh...

    I actually eat 1/2 a Protein bar 1/2 hour before I workout and then eat meat after.

    My synergy factor burns me up on workout nights and it makes me sweat n hot the rest of the night. My vasularity is starting to be really pronounced. Drink lots of Water in between. I noticed that if I neglect my Water my upper abs start to fatigue super fast but I really lift hard.

    Theres a book called Nutrient timing that gives you a great guideline to follow throughout the day. Its a good read.


  16. Today is March 11th 2013. I have officially been working out for 2 weeks now. I have put on 3.4lbs so my weight is now 183.4lbs. I workout 3x perweek and I workout till near failure. Calves, abs, forearms, and chest are to failure. I do mix up my routine because its important to keep your body guessing.

    I attached a pic and its not to bad for a fat white guy lol. In just these 2 weeks of working out I did notice that my extra skin on my arms is tightening and on my chest. I need to work on my chicken legs now hahaha
