I think it might be best for you to go ahead and yank it out. Most say once pulled its a relief but some also say they still get some pains even though its removed. One of those times where you flip a quarter I guess. I just know in my case I watch my fats big time.

7-15-12 Lost 101lbs. Currently I am 228. Well as of this morning. Then I had a cleansing this afternoon and it feels like I lost 3 more pounds hahaha.

I have gall bladder issues also. But being I use Fitday religiously I was able to pin point both attacks and what leaded up to these attacks. Both times I fat loaded. Peanut butters, meats that are NOT lean, and cheeses is what did it to me. Fat grams were in excess of 50g but no more than 70g. Yeah I was retarded. But since I found what I believed to be the culpret I havent had any more attacks yet. Waiting to see what happens.

From my research back and shoulder pain is the first symptoms. Stints are the common fix with a very controlled diet. And a very high antibiotics regimine. I never had a leak but I read alot about it not just on here but obesityhelp and 2 other forums. Chances are slim. But I see that leaks occur more by US Doctors. But thats just from my research.

Your eating to much. Try 2 bites then wait 15 then 2 bites. Then thats pretty much it for 2 hours lol. Thats exactly how I do mine. I am a little less than 5 months pre op. 100lbs down so I am doing something right lol

I have no clue but I am researching that right now. I have saw that they cut a woman c section scar and did a tummy tuck. Its on youtube. So I cant see why that would be a problem. But like I said I am researching atm so I should and will run across this somewhere.

Did you notice your stance was better. Look at the 2 pics from behind. Look at your lower legs. Amazing to see cause I notice it in alot of peoples pics

I have been eating a South beach chocolate bar every morning and it seems to have helped. How odd. It might be just a placebo effect on me cause I read it but at this point every little bit helps hahaha

What exactly are you eating? 2 weeks out. Damn 600 calories. I was lucky to get in 300 calories. Watch your sodium and carbs. Keep your sodium at a minimum. Never go over 1000mg if you can help it. Carbs 45 seems to be my sweet spot I know you cant eat anything yet but I enclosed some pics of my daily diet and nutritional info so you could see.

I just started riding again. I traded in my Honda harley for a 2012 VRSCDX. I love that porsche. Just ordered some Tab performance slipons, SEPST, and an K&N air filter to start this baby off right. I had to change that exhaust cause it sounded to much like a import. Yes I cant leave well enough alone either. I have a bad habit of tearing down new motors and stroking them out. But this time a Trask turbo kit might be what I see for christmas

Today is JULY 12, 2012. Weight 233lbs. You know one thing that I have noticed is I have a hard time remembering formulas that I need to remember for school. But I know that I will get it. Also my temper is kinda up there. I know that I was mean before but now I am back on that borderline between stabled and unleashed. Might need a temperment shot like a dog. I have been getting in 3 16oz bottle of Water now. More water=less food. Kinda sucks in away. But thats all I have for now.

My wife hates me for having this surgery. EDIT: SHE SAYS I make her look like a pig when we go eat out, I make her look big cause I am 30lbs less then her, i get bystanders attention more than ever, shes always saying Imma cheat on her. The fact of the matter is I love her. Shes perfect on the inside and thats what counts. She knows even if I did cheat she would never find out but thats not me. Sure I flirt but its unintentional. Even when a girl flirts back I dont even see it cause I am not looking. The fact of it all is it goes both ways. It doesnt matter if your the man or the woman that had the surgery the other one get jealous because their insecuraties come out and play. Now like I told my wife. You might be upset now but money can change your exterior but wont change your interior. Just cause shes big now I can drop 5k and fix that. And shes talking about a boob job and tuck to match. I dont care. Its fine. If it gets your confidence back thats great. My wifes pretty now but I have never seen her skinny as she was always big as a child. But I could imagine how sexy she would be judging from her sister. My wifes just a much taller and heavier version of her 5' counterpart. Rant. Yeah I know but I am bored at 5am.
