  1. Thanks for asking Shelley I had my 2nd treatment today there not too bad so far,but tomorrow seeing Dr arm that lymph nodes were removed is puffy definitely a long road will be glad to get back to weightloss and general health
  2. I was also diagnosed with breast cancer had lost 75 lbs but had to be unfilled for chemo that was last may since then have had ovaries out chemo,double mastectomy and waiting to start radiation. Oncologist says I'll be able to have a fill soon since I gained back 30 lbs can't wait to get back to losing
  3. I was banded9/11 and I'm down 52 pounds and feeling great
  4. Broccoli has twice the amount of protien that steak had also seeds and nuts
  5. I am type II diabetic banded 9/11 starting weight 236 today 209 was taking 120 units of novolog by pump now down to about 40 units best thing I ever did so far

  10. I was just banded had to do 6 months but while doing that they changed to 3 months so whatever you were enrolled in that's what you do didn't have any trouble getting approved

  13. I had it too stretching calf muscle down into foot was what my physical therapy person had me do.you can use a frozen soda bottle or tennis ball and press down as you roll it back and forth it will hurt at first but then will feel better do it as often as possible good luck
  14. I was banded on 9/11 so far so good did have to take my insulin pump off was going too low
  15. My Dr provides shakes have 5 a day and 2 oz of protien 2 oz of veg then sugar free beverages.It's rough but not unbearable

  18. I also am type II my surgeon said his banded type II have become not diabetic even type I have helped their numbers I'm scheduled for 9/11

  21. I went to my surgeon meeting Wed and they sent me away said I had to come back on Aug 1 because they said I started the 6 month and cigna said I had to complete I guess Mon morning I will call
  22. I heard that they changed their requirements to 3 months but that if you started 6 months you have to finish the 6 months anyone been told same thing
  23. I have cigna with a bmi of 37 they say that's high enough also have high cholesterol and high blood pressure but they don't submit until you've done the 6 month supervised weightloss
