This is definetely NOT the easy way out!!! I PB'd yesterday several times and today my stomach hurts....feels like sticks are all in my abdomen. hurts. I'll do liquids today. Didn't mean to PB, just trying to learn to eat slowly..and take little bites....something I've never done in my life.

Count me in on the April challenge....just let me know what it'll be. Exercise would be my choice as I'm not doing great at that. I was going to start exercising in earnest on Tuesday...but I broke my toe!!! I was moving some heavy chairs and one stopped and my foot didn't...ouch!!!!!!!!! Now, I can hardly walk!!! How long does it take a broken toe to heal??? Anyway, let's do a challenge...I need motivation!!

I think Melinda and Lakisha could (could) be great if they changed it up a little bit from week to week. Lakisha did move a little more last night, but not enough. She usually just stands and sings. Melinda is really good and she does move around. Like one of the judges said...she reads the lyrics and understands them and then sings them to us. I just want her to blow the top off next week. She really is my favorite as far as talent goes. Jordin was cute last night...but didnt' really show off her singing to me. I like to see the ones who are improving week to week and showing that they really want to win and really do have talent. Still couldn't look at Phil.....cap didn't cover bald head, big ears and eyes enough for me.

I found tonight's show a little boring........sad to say.

NO....don't vote for him unless you think he's the best. The Howard Stern thing is crap!!! Voting for the worst one is not fair to the other talent on the show. Don't do it, please.

Off the subject, but I have a question about cilantro. I love it, too. I threw some seeds in my garden and now I have tons of cilantro growing!! But, my question is......it is getting so big that it looks like a bush....should I cut it way down? or what? I'm sure that big stalk isn't tasty!!!

I guess I asked the question because besides water......(and I do drink my water)..I was just looking for a few suggestions that maybe I haven't thought of. I miss Coke Zero more than anything else since being banded. I don't drink alcoholic beverages.

Now that you can't have carbonation, what do you drink??? Michele

cosean...omnipack is different from the saline fills. It apparently is thicker and doesn't absorb like the saline does. Whatever it is....it's working. I really feel restriction. We went to a great seafood place today on the beach and I ordered grilled redfish. I ate 5 bites and was really tight. I stopped. FABULOUS!! OF course...flintstone vitamins and protein shakes...but I can hardly get a whole shake (atkins) down!! AMAZING!!!

I hear and feel your pain. Before the first fill is called bandsters hell...because you can still eat and get really hungry. I had this same problem. I also lost 23 pounds after surgery and stayed there for 3 weeks. I got my first fill last Thursday. WHAT a DIfference!!! He filled me really well because I told him I could eat a horse. Plus, I was from out of town. Since Thursday, I've hardly been able to eat. I get hungry and then after 3-4 bites..I'm stuffed!! It's amazing!!! Hang in there...You're all going to make it and life is going to be greater for all of us!!

Hi fellow Feb. Bandsters! I had my first fill yesterday!! He did 2.5 omnipack because I drive 2 hours to get to the surgery center. YEA!!!!! Yesterday I drank lots of water and ate 1 and a half yogurt. Today I ate 4 ounces of tuna. AMAZING!!! Of course, I took my Flintstone vitamins and my calcium. YEA YEA YEA!! He said...now you are going to see the pounds drop. Love my band!!!

I'm getting my first fill tomorrow....I'm going to tell Dr. I can eat a whole horse....I hope he fills it good!!!!!

OK OK OK.....maybe I was a little overly complimentary of Sanjaya. But, you got to admit.....last night was wayyyyyyyy better than before!!!

I resend my opinion of Sanjaya..........He was Hot tonight Dawg!!!!! I even voted for him. I actually thought he had a nice voice during auditions...I just didn't see him really "performing". But, tonight.....he was great! I also voted for Melinda and Laquisha and Jordin.

I'm on the list, too!!!! I hope we get to go....I'll have to fly out if and as soon as the let me know!!!! YEA

My consult was 6months before surgery...I gained 20 pounds. Dr. Spivak didn't say a word...I got fussed at by office staff...oh well...

mine was on the right side.....gas........walking helped and heating pad.Hope you feel better soon.
