Hi Everyone!!! It's been a long time since I posted. Guess I, too, have been busy LIVING again!!! I've forgotten how to update my weight loss ticker...so I'll just tell you that I have now lost 115 pounds!!! I'm well under 200 for the first time in 25 years. I feel fabuous!!!! Lap Band has been a miracle for me!!! Michele

Hi Everyone!! Happy Bandaversaries!!! Mine was on Valentine's Day and I celebrated with dh and 3 other couples in Gatlinburg, Tenn. I went ice skating to celebrate my new body!!!!! IMAGINE THAT!!!!! I've never ice skated before, but it was really fun and I got to wear all new clothes on our vacation!!!! What a blessing, I love my band!!!!

I am 7 months out of surgery and my hair loss began at 4 months out. It was coming out every time I washed it by the handfuls. I started taking sublingual B-12's, Biotin, and really watching protein intake. It is now coming back...I have little short hair...Thick...all around my face...YEA!!!
