Have officially switched MD's. Feeling good about this doctor, but admittedly that shook my confidence quite a bit.

First day back to work, not too bad. Slept through lunch, and got in about 40g of protien to boot!

Welcome Summer!

Went to new doctors office today. Got all of my literature and forms and signed alot of stuff, lol. Free samples of Unjury and some other protien drink, calcium and multi tabs, etc. Next visit Thursday, will take official before pics. Setting other visits as I go. OMG this is real! AGGGhhhh!

My current goal is 160 lbs - I set it myself, BUT been rethinking it. I am 5'10". Hmmmm

I am going to get tipsy! yup! Won't be able to soon! Where is that Baronjager?

It can be a really frustrating process. Follow up and find out why. Get it in writing. Be prepared to go to another doctor. Not sure how much quality post op care you can expect at this point. Good luck!
