11 more days! trying to get through the preop diet is DIFFICULT! but i know its worth it and its necessary so i'm suffering through it with a smile

41 lbs gone!! 1 more pound and I officially will be out of the 300's forever!!!!

day two out of five of my back to basics boot camp diet today's gallon of liquid of choice is strawberry orange banana crystal light. i was up half the night because of the tea. got to get this weight loss back on track. I may have peed a hundred times yesterday and last night, but i lost 3 pounds since yesterday morning

for the first time in years i fit into the desk at school without having my belly hang over the top. i used to be so ashamed because i literally had to squeeze myself in it. Trying my best to look at all these positives liek my clothes not fitting, as my motivation and say to heck with that scale! I WILL NOT let it define my progress!

I FINALLY found a protein shake I like. it doesn't have an awful smell or aftertaste. I just tried Chike chocolate and used hot water so its kind of like hot coco.

I just went shopping---in my storage closet!!! and i put on and zipped a size 16 :) :)

in serious pain! i cant keep anything down!!!

It feels so good to pack away clothes that are too BIG for a change ! even though my scales been stuck for a couple weeks, my clothes are still getting smaller and for that, I am grateful!
