yay i finally started losing again !!

today is a GREAT day! my baby girl is sayin mama while bouncing in her crib, i am off work today, and I am officially out of the 300s !! WHOOP WHOOP!!!

hope your surgery went well yesterday!! i just saw what date it was. hope you have a speedy recovery!

today I bought a dress in the junior dept at walmart. yay:-)

I FINALLY found a protein shake I like. it doesn't have an awful smell or aftertaste. I just tried Chike chocolate and used hot water so its kind of like hot coco.

Hit 30 pounds lost today!! took some pics to document it---11 more and ill be out of the 300's!!!! hopefully by christmas!

I just went shopping---in my storage closet!!! and i put on and zipped a size 16 :) :)

11 more days! trying to get through the preop diet is DIFFICULT! but i know its worth it and its necessary so i'm suffering through it with a smile

It feels so good to pack away clothes that are too BIG for a change ! even though my scales been stuck for a couple weeks, my clothes are still getting smaller and for that, I am grateful!

the broccoli and cheese soup from subway is delicious!!! only 200 cals for a $2 bowl. i couldnt even eat half

day two out of five of my back to basics boot camp diet today's gallon of liquid of choice is strawberry orange banana crystal light. i was up half the night because of the tea. got to get this weight loss back on track. I may have peed a hundred times yesterday and last night, but i lost 3 pounds since yesterday morning

zumba foe the wil is so fun. best part, I can look like an idiot in the privacy of my living room. rhythm isnt my thing. but it gave me one back of a work out !
