  3. I don't do any prep on my hair lol... I just swim. And my hair is not damaged. I have always just swam and then washed and blow dried my hair after... Or I leave it wavy and add a curling hair gel. I keep my hair natural and sometimes have added weave. Nothing special. And I don't really use a lot of product. Just olive oil and that's it. And a good shampoo and conditioner.
  4. This is funny to me as a black woman who grew up on the water... I always just swim.. Never have to cover my hair. Never did anything special for protection. Chlorine has never been a problem for my hair either. I just resume my normal hair care after getting it wet in the pool. I flat Iron my hair also.
  5. I have to laugh when looking at my pizza though because I was only able to tolerate about 4 small bites lol... Also my toppings were apple chicken low fat low sodium sausage, tomato, green pepper, garlic and cheese. My kids loved it... Hubby not so much a fan of cauliflower.
  6. This was delish!!! 1 head of cauliflower rices in a processor then cooked. Drain the water from the cauliflower. Add 2 egg whites, low fat cheese and Italian seasonings. I used Pam cooking spray on my pizza stone. Spread out the cauliflower crust bake until golden brown. Remove from oven let cool add toppings and rebake! Enjoy!

  8. Yes thank you!! I was sleeved May 16th 2013..i have Hasimoto's which can also make it hard to lose. I have lost 35 pounds so far due to having it under control along with surgery. But i can not say that for me my weight gain was all due to my thyroid....that's why i was just wondering how this surgery would still help you. Congrats and i am glad you have found a solution!! Best of luck!!

Still adjusting to my new stomach but I am taking every up and down as a blessing because I would not have done even this 21pounds on my own! I am already so in love and so respectful to this new tool! God I feel like a new person )
