  5. Hey Becca, didn't mean to alarm you with my work post. I am not stressed over the sleeve, it's just been a long time away from work and I have a lot of deadlines looming. Otherwise, I'm just fine :-)

  6. Hey Becca, I haven't been too tired. I've felt fine, in fact. Regarding food, I've been on mushies for a week now, so I haven't had any problems (but I also haven't tried any new foods). I think if you want to try something new, maybe try it in the evening when you aren't at work if you are concerned.

  7. Hey Kathy! Sorry things are so hectic! Def. don't worry about stalls. I try to just weigh once a week when that happens; for me, I have been so busy at work that I am a bit off on my workouts, etc. But as far as food goes, I am getting a little confused now that I am eating "real" food :-). I think the chicken tortilla soup will last longer than a week, so I'm going to freeze it.

  9. Hey there! I am doing OK with food, thanks for asking. I made the mistake of buying some tortilla chips last week, and kept finding myself munching on them :-(. So, I finally threw them away today! How are you doing?

  13. Hey there! Just wanted to touch base! Actually, today is the first day I've felt completely human! I think that's mostly thanks to the pain meds (had a hiatal hernia repaired, which is supposedly more painful),but thankfully I can slow down on the meds now. I wrote my first few emails and am doing some laundry today, so I feel like I am getting there! How about you?

  14. Hey there! Thanks for stopping by! I am taking my daily walk, too! I am not up to my protein level yet, either.... but I get in a little more every day. I am at about 45 grams, right now.... I am supposed to be at 60-75, so I still have a ways to go. We'll get there!!!

  18. I know how you feel! My doc wants me to lose 40 lbs in the next 2 months.... wha?!!! But, just keeping doing the best you can do! This week I am swamped at work, but hoping to double up on the workouts again next week!!!
