I laugh when I see people's before pictures of them being fat. Most are always frowning and looking miserable and with every 10 pounds they lose their smile gets bigger until they're looking like the Joker. I've never been a sad sappy fat person. I've always thought I was gorgeous; dated and married successful handsome men but I always knew I could always improve myself. So my advice is to smile even when your fat and don't wait to all the weight come off.
