Congratulations!! It took me almost 3 years 10 months to reach. I've only had 4 fill small fills sent my surgery in November 2011. And when I seen 197.2 on the scale I was in tears as well. Keep up the good work. -

I had my surgery 11/30/2011. My fist fill was January 22,12, 2nd fill was in March, My 3rd fill in May. I felt the same with each fill.. Had my 4th fill on 09/06/12. I can truly tell the different. My doc do not tell what about of fluid in your band . He don't want me to focus on that. I'm losing slow but I'm toning up great 50lbs gone.. I just take it one day at a time.

I had a fill last Thursday. Now Im so thirsty. I drink almost a 100oz of water daily. Maybe Im talking to much. Have a great day everyone.

I was banded Nov/2011, I was feeling the sameway but I have only had two fills. I eat until I'm satisfied. Your body will tell you when you are over eating. I don't know how many cc's I have my doctor secret. I just eat my 3 meal and drink a lot of water. I hope things get better for you -

I agree with you lol I would love to fit in a size 9/10.. I'm 5'3 and I just set small weightless goals for my self. My 1st one is 50lbs. Then 25lbs more. So the last 10 won't seem like a burden. I'm 18lbs from my 1st goal.. -
