I know I am frustrated the past 8 days nothing I go to the gym everyday I am going to be 8 weeks out on 17th frustrated!! started 223 am 188

I sent t hem my membership though i never went to bcbs but once and gym membership

I have Empire BCBS and I was approved in days went to primary and got letter and hypertension arthritis and borderline diabetic call them haunt them thats how I got covered had my surgery 11-17 down 42 pds Good luck

Absolutely not if I dont eat right and workout the weight gain begins so no it was tool to help me start myjourney!

188 I was 223 11-17-11 when I was sleeved after several stalls had 5.4 loss today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So hard breaking 190's here I come 170's!~

I WAS 223 11-17-2011 DAY OF SURGERY 191.00 32 POUNDS DOWN PRAYING WHEN I GO TO THE GYM I AM 180'S WHAT FEELING I WOULD FEEL BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE IVE BEEN THERE WISH ME LUCK!

Well it has helped me live again saved my life I am pleasant to be around now I wake up and feel alive again I go to the gym everyday ....I never use to look in the mirror didnt care what I looked like Now I put make up on I am buying that blosue I like hubby noticed this morning and said how great I am looking and thekids are so happy because AI want to do things with them now. It has totally changed my life I am so grateful my insurance approved and is paying for this. I am blessed!

I am praying that today I will hit 180's off to the gym!

I go through it too I will be 4 weeks 17th I will lose 4-5 pds then gain 2-3 its crazy but working out everyday ...I hate myself for getting on that dreaded scale because I can feel it lol

I am now 192 from 223 in 3 weeks I am so excited stalled for 5 days and it is all coming off exercise exercise it works

I stalled also I had surgery 11-17 I am down 29 pds I stalled day 15 and a week went by and then lost 3.6 pds and the next day 2.8 so I just keep running @ the gym andI am lifting 20 pds of weith also my arms are looking fabulous I am so happy and I in the 190'sssssssssssssss so happy !

Mind you in the pic with the kids that was 2 years ago I was 20 pds more that that!

I was wondering I am 17 days post op how long before your swelling went down!

Iwas up and walking off the recovery table so it didnt affect me negativelyand i healed fantastic it was awesome experience love my sleeve

FEELING AWFUL 2 WEEKS POST UP SNEEZING COUGHING ALL NIGHT THESE KIDS TAKE THEIR JACKETS OFF AND NOW I HAVE THEIR COLD!!! FEELING AWFUL
