Exactly six weeks and ive lost 27 lbs so far yay me!!!

Five weeks post op and i have to chew my food forever before i can swallow it and even then sometimes it still hurts. Does this go away after awhile or will it always be this way?

So Im like five to six weeks after surgery and I dont really feel like ive lost any weight since surgery. I lost 14 ibs on the pre op diet but dont feel like ive lost anything since surgery if anything i feel like i have gained weight. Mabey its cuz i havent had my first fill yet, idk im just a little discouraged right now.

So I haven't been on here in awhile and I get on and what was already confussing has all changed and I dont get it lol. Whats the big ideal !!!

Im so excited ! I was making my dinner last night which was going to be cream of potato soup, since thats all i can eat right now, and I decided man im tired of eating this same boring no taste crap. So my marvolous mind started working and I decided to add a bunch of cheese and melt it in the soup and then add hot sauce to it. It was soooo good! Finally something with some taste, something different! Trust me its really good, you should try it.

So as ashamed as I am to say this I did something very bad last night. After taking my niece trick or treating my mother and I went to mexican where I not only had a margarita, which i barely drank any of it cause it wasnt good on my stomach, but I also had a bean and cheese quessadilla, which i only had like five bites of, but still im not suppose to have any solid food yet! I feel like a bad person.

So mad I want pizza so bad right now, tired of seeing other people get to eat like normal while i cant! Before surgery wasnt bad because i knew i had to do it for surgery but now im like this is stupid i feel like i should be able to eat now! How freaking long does it take for the stomach to heal!

Well im feeling a little better now. This website still confusses me when i get on it will say that people started a new conversation with me but when i go to check it it isnt there>WTH

By the way when they weighed me before surgery I lost 20 lbs just from the ten day liquid diet! YAY! Also question why does my profile say im not online when I am online? Doesnt make sense, this website confusses me!

Thanks for everyone being so nice on here. My surgery went ok im still in a lot of pain. I didnt think it would hurt this bad so it sucks. Just wondering did anyone else after surgery feel like it is hard to breath? It hurts so bad to breath i feel like something is pushing against my lungs. Is that normal?

Surgery tomorrow! So excited ready to get this done and cant wait to eat normal food again lol !

Ya mines tomorrow and im not so much starving im just craving all the food i love specially pizza. I just cant wait for the five weeks to be over so i can start eating actual food again!

Have surgery in two days i hate this pre op diet all i can think about is food i even dream about it
