Finals Week, I'm so stressed

Tried the stair-master at the gym the other day and it killed me so now it's my new favorite machine, we have a love hate relationship lol.

Today I rode a bike, down a 5 mile trail and back. Amazing.

So I lost a 100 pounds now; and I finally disclosed my weight lost to a few collegues and this was for the first time I said how much I've lost and ......... blank stare wtf is that. No congratualations the conversation just moves on.
