Star..I started to feel better after about a month...realistically. I didnt feel "terrible" during the whole process...but after a month you feel a LOT better!!

At first I felt so restricted and closterphobic...but now that I am healing and able to do more, I actually love the feeling of getting full after a few bites. I am glad to get to this stage!!!

Someone told me to take a shot of Protein before and after my workout...let me tell you it made all the difference in the world!!! I actually went a little bit longer too!!

if your body feels starved all the time it wont lose...pre-surgery that is how it worked

Bedhead...I remember we are sleeve twins! That's good your sleeve hasnt rejected anything.
It feels alil funny going down...like i wanna let out a belch type of feeling but no pain...

i started doing the concentrated protien shots to help get the 64 in...

Im 3 weeks post op and i still have that problem. Maybe u can try what my doctors office suggested to me. Take a medcine cup they equal one ounce. It should take you 5 minutes to drink that. Its easier to time that way. Let me know how u make out. Good luck

i had a headache a few days after surgery, but not since then....

One person who was sleeved at my job told me it took 6 weeks to start on mushies...so, Im guessing it may still be too soon. Im still on liquids and I will be 4 weeks out on Monday. Everyone's journey is different though....

I was sleeved on 2/6...and today is 3/17...yesterday was the first day that like 6 people told me I looked smaller!! So it took a month basically for it to be noticeable although I saw the scale sliding down. I felt like I had a secret, since it wasnt super noticeable that I had lost so much weight!!
AND..this is still the beggining of a new life!!
