    I just logged on to ask this very same question. As I read the replies I am extremely happy. I love me some popcorn. Waiting 3 months to eat it is nothing---as long as I can still eat it. I am waiting for Nov 2nd to have my sleeve done. Super excited!!!!!!!! I'm glad I found this little community. Blessings2u--BJ

    Hello, my name is BJ and I have just completed my Dr. evaluations and have 2 more monthly visits with my surgeon. My insurance company requires a 90 waiting period====so my Dr. believes that I will be having my surgery in October. He has requested that I "get rid of" 20-30 pounds before surgery. I have purchased protein shakes, cut out raw sugar and am now using splenda. I am doing all that I can to help myself be successful once I have had my surgery. It's nice to be a part of this VSG community. I have also begun uploading videos on youtube so that I can document my journey to being sleeved. The videos I watched prior to posting were so beneficial so my prayer is that I will be able to do the same. Thank you for this community Butterfly blessings2u---BJ
