  1. Tracking your food intake is the best gift you can give yourself. Since I started tracking again, I'm aware of what I'm doing to myself. My biggest problem was not enough protein and too many carbs. Now that I'm back on track, the weight is dropping again.

  2. Grateful for finally getting back on track

  3. Looking forward to a full week at the gym and a full week of being focused with my protein. I WILL do this!

  4. If I could give you a nugget for life, it would be: don't EVER take your sleeve for granted.

  5. I'm focused and back on track! A note to my fellow sleeves...DON'T LET CARBS WIN!

  6. Looking for a Charlotte NCsleeve support group

  7. Hello family...it's been a loonnnnggg time since I've posted anything. Bottom line, I've got to get back on track. I've discovered peanut butter crackers and my stomach loves them---but I know they are not good for me. I'm down from highest weight of 354(322 day of surgery) to now 250. I feel like I should be so much further along. I just can't seem to get motivated to exercise.

  9. A major NSV!! I was having a conversation with one of my friends who stopped in the middle of her sentenced and said "OMG!", I said "what?", she said "when did you start crossing your legs?". I did it and didn't even realize it. I've NEVER been able to cross my legs. I'm loving my sleeve. Blessings2u--BJ

  10. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I need help. I feel like I've been as "stall" for over a month now. I just can't seem to get past 284lbs. I drink my protein shakes (30grams only 1 gram of sugar), but I have a hard time eating meat. Why can't I break my stall?

  11. Smiling 'cause it's time to downsize my pant size--Thank you Lord!

  12. So one of my employees bought me a chocolate frosty from Wendy's. Not to be rude, I accepted it---But I had to throw it away because I just couldn't bring myself to drink it. Wow!! My mind is truly renewed.

  13. Realizing that when I walk, my thighs no rub together nearly as much

  14. When I stop to think about my highest recorded weight being 354 and I am now 283. My insides jump for joy! I shall live and not die...

  15. Enjoying my breakfast protein trying to figure out why it was so thick. Oh MY! I Just had to make a quick run and return my Atkins protein shake back to CVS. Had an expiration date of September 11, 2011....

  16. Down 4 pounds in 5 days!!!

  17. Girlscout Cookies---need I say more?

  18. Loving my sleeve but needing some food ideas other than beans. I eat them because of the protein and because they go down easy. But there has to be more.

  19. Feeling really grateful today!!! I've overcome a whole lot of would have's, could have's and should have's....BUT God!

  20. 293lbs!! Is it possible for me to be down to 250 by March-I'm in my 3rd week post-op

  21. Today begins my 3rd week postop---weighing in at 295.4!!! Feel free to follow my journey on Ytube: bjstrans4mation. I am so excited! I can't tell you the last time I remember being under 300lbs. I ate my first taste of eggs today. Taste like steak and didn't trouble my sleeve at all. I am so Thankful. Blessings2u--bj

  22. Wondering: Is it a misconception that the heavier you are the quicker the weight comes off?

  23. Thanking God for a "painfree" day. I slept on my stomach last night--woke up in amazement there was no pain. Blessings2u

  24. almost 3 weeks out and I want to eat cheese sticks----when did you have them?

  25. OMG!!! I had the slimmies today for the first time. I think it was my vitimines. I have bariaric chewables, but I think I took them too early in the morning. This has never been an issue before, but trust me, it won't happen again. Learning on this journey is a process. Blessings2u--BJ
