Hope it works out for you..at least yours is 85/15...mine is 80/20 and I don't know how much it will be out of pocket since it will be the start of the new year. -

Has any Califorian people dealt with Anthem BC PPO..(pers select)...do they require a 6m diet program. I spoke with one the reps and she said no, and how long does it normally take to get approved..thanks

Hello Everyone, has anyone been band by Dr. Boone or Dr. Higa out of Fresno, Ca (ALSA) group. I plan to go through this group, but in would like to know your experience from start to finish. Was the office staff efficient and courtesy as well as the doc's. Thanks!!
