Personal update: I will start 2 weeks of my pre op liquid diet tomorrow (11-24-11) with the chocolate bariessentials. I have purchased several liquid extracts to add to my protein drink, just to change things up a bit. So far I have liquid extract favorings of peanut butter, strawberry, banana, cherry, and chocolate (to make it more chocolaty).
