Thanks.. I will def do the Turkey Chili thing.. I love it and I have a great recipe that is very low salt... one of my favorites is i bought a rotisierie chicken and I take the dark meat off and puree it with cauliflower.. but that is the only veggies i have been getting. I just ran out of the shakes .. got to get to s/s to get more.. but everything still okay.. I have to laugh so hard when my stomach growls though.. I think it is the weirdest sound.. thanks for all your advise!!

Were you in Port Jeff?? What time?? I was there too... lol... Best decision I ever made and Doc Garber and Angstat (sp?) are the best! 1st week down 18!! Woohoo!!!
