well my first day was awful please expect some pain i had a whole lot of gas bubbles it was very painful then it got better. um im guess im doing pretty good right now i just cant have broth and cream soup because its just overall nasty to me. ive been eating sugar free pudding (not a whole cup) drinking crystal light and water, and i walk on the treadmill at 1.0 4 times a day for 15 minutes
