the eating healthier thing is really important too though. I am doing weight watcher for now, a friend wanted to - of course she has quit and here I am but that's ok I just think as any loss as a jumpstart to the bigger loss. I made all my appointments ahead of time so that I can get in exactly when I need to I have also seen a few who got denied at first for whatever reason and that has made me more aware that I need to make sure my Dr and I talk about exercise and nutrition both - I want everything right Where are you in the 6 months?
