If you get your band local where would it be? I am going through Memorial but I understand St John's has a program also.

I made all my appointments ahead of time so that I can get in exactly when I need to I have also seen a few who got denied at first for whatever reason and that has made me more aware that I need to make sure my Dr and I talk about exercise and nutrition both - I want everything right Where are you in the 6 months?

the eating healthier thing is really important too though. I am doing weight watcher for now, a friend wanted to - of course she has quit and here I am but that's ok I just think as any loss as a jumpstart to the bigger loss. I see you are in Jacksonville, FL - a girl I work with just moved there about a month ago to work for BCBSFL.

I have a nutritionist appointment tomorrow then preop testing and surgeon appointment on 8/5, not sure what all they do then. Do you have your date yet?

my bday is the day after Christmas so maybe I will just pretend all the Christmas partys are foe my birthday too LOL

oh trust me you are so not alone!! I had to change my calcium/vitamin D to one my program is trialing right now because I just couldn't stomach the approved ones!! I am getting somewhere between 0-38 grams of protein in a day I just can't stand the taste - too sweet. Milk is bothering me so I tried soy but I guess that is all flavored so even sweeter. I am working on my last ounces of liquid now.

I am ready to get in more than 100-300 calories I get to have some meats and cheese Tuesday - very excited!!
