Glad it helped! It seems like it is flying by! I made all my appointments ahead of time so that I can get in exactly when I need to I have also seen a few who got denied at first for whatever reason and that has made me more aware that I need to make sure my Dr and I talk about exercise and nutrition both - I want everything right Where are you in the 6 months?

glad to hear all is well! I completely understand about hubby time - mine works nights so I try and spend his evenings off with him too!

going good! all my pre-op done, bought my Magnesium Citrate and stuck it in the fridge. so ready! how are you doing?

Hi! I live just down the road in Taylorville - sorry I don't know a thing about Tricare I originally looked in to the band but changed my mind when I heard about the sleeve. Best of luck! If you get your band local where would it be? I am going through Memorial but I understand St John's has a program also.

how's your day going? Mine has went pretty fast so far, need to do somethings around my house after my husband leaves for work and finish packing so I am sure the rest of the day will fly! I am at 16 lbs lost since surgery. Sometimes I am disappointed by it but it isn't shabby! I certainly wouldn't be down that much without the sleeve!!

I am ready to get in more than 100-300 calories I get to have some meats and cheese Tuesday - very excited!!

I have a nutritionist appointment tomorrow then preop testing and surgeon appointment on 8/5, not sure what all they do then. Do you have your date yet?

I have been doing weight watchers since March, down 21 lbs. Have to start my pre-op liquid diet a week from today - ordered the rest of what I wanted for my protein today and vitamins are set to come first week of August. Feeling like I am ready!! Good luck on your pre-op testing - let me know when you get a date?

I'm so glad to hear things are going well! I will be 2 weeks Monday and I am around 7 lbs lost so pretty close.
