Tip On When To Weight Yourself!

I am usually up at least 1 lb after exercise, I assume this is from the 2 bottles of water I drink while exercising. My best time is first thing in the AM, after potty, before any fluids or foods.

  5. Hi Julie!! Congratulations on your great loss!! Stress sucks - don't let it get the best of you. Everyone has said what I would say, healthy alternatives for the grazing - fruits, veggies, etc. Exercise instead of graze when stressed. Don't take his problems on, take care of you. Etc. I totally agree to see if you can get him to counseling with you. Also, can you talk to him about how important it is for you to be healthy for him as well as for yourself - ie, for your future together, things you want to do with him that you couldn't being over weight, etc. You say he is fit, can you possibly begin exercising together? Walking or running is free and fall is just around the corner. Maybe getting him involved in your health and reassuring him you SEE him in your future? Also, let him know how things he has done has added stress to you and your relationship. Just some thoughts! Hope it helps!

  17. This is the guide tube that is inserted in to the persons throat down to the stomach to help guide the new stomach size - usually anywhere from a 30-42. If you look around the forums there are examples of size.

    Labor Day Challenge 2012

Today I made my goal goal of 123.8 normal BMI. My next goal is 121 which is half of me. I am in no hurry, actually upping my calories a bit. So not sure I will make that during this challenge but this challenge has been a success!!
  21. I finally took the time to write down (in one place) my experience with my leak and abscess. http://whoneedsdrama.blogspot.com/2012/08/my-vsg-complications-story-leak-abscess.html
  22. How are you these days? I am sorry I am just seeing this.
  23. I am here to say I have been down the road of picc lines and feeding tubes. I had an abscess (discovered at 9 weeks out) and leak (discovered at 12 weeks out). I was on a feeding tube for about 2.5 months, in the hospital a total of 1 month (3 stays). Off work for 5 months total. I am incredibly thankful for my Dr and his team who kept my spirits up while we waited for me to heal. I am so sorry you are going through such a nightmare. Another 1%er
