Hi Tiffany, I just started on this site too, lots of different areas to check out. Ask me anything I am an open book... I was apprehensive too, but something kept me moving forward. I am still questioning what I did to myself, but I know as soon as I feel good again and can get to real food again I will be thrilled. It is a BIG step!!!
