Banded yesterday. Feeling good. A lil gas pain Nd a lil sore but not intolerable. Not hungry at all but making myself sip some tea Nd soup today Nd some crunch iced. Only two incisions Nd my doctor nd nurses wer amazing. My bandages r in the shape of hearts kinda overdid the walking and laughing w many loved ones wanting to talk today bit off to bed I go w my liquid meds. My awesome mom came to help for the week too. So Blessed!!!

Day 8 of 14 of liquid pre-op. yesterday was a bad day i went bonkers and ate 2 boiled eggs, toast, 5 strips of turkey bacon. Then for diner I made a chicken soup and arroz con pollo for the family. Guess which one I ate? yeah, not my soup!!! Stomach went crazy and then i was on the toilet all night. Back to normal today. Soup and water and protein shakes. Christ please help me!!!!

Oct 15 is my LB!!! So excited. However this liquid diet sucks since I can't seem to find an already made protein drink that I like. So it's day 2 of the 10 Nd I'm starving :/ does anyone have hot drinks or soups that may b high in protein ideas?
