Getting in all the protein, now want to get something figured out for iron. don't have a lot of extra hair, so want to take precautions. So far, finding (chicken) liver, spinach, lentils are things I like that are high in iron. Also starting to get more food cravings, sadly.

Doing pretty well. I'm not actually drinking the recommended 64 ozs., but I get a lot of liquids which I think fill in the gaps: soups, my everyday breakfast of Premier Protein, and diet cranberry juice or crystal light lemonade diluted with water. Had my first decaf nonfat latte yesterday! Quite a treat, but put me over on calories. My weak spot is vitamins, which I haven't started yet.
