Thought I would go to bed early and get a good night of sleep for once, damned Charlie horses had other ideas though. Ugh!!! Hopefully sleep will come again soon.

So I was thinking...(I know, SCARY notion). I want Jackson to enjoy science as he gets older. I really think that cooking is a good way to start that. Any ideas on how I could incorporate science lessons into it? (He LOVES to help in the kitchen!) Google search terms that yield relevant results would be helpful too. (Because I keep coming up with 5,000,000 websites that are for older kids. BOO!)

So if I learned ANYTHING in nursing school, it's to be ANAL about washing my hands. I don't know how I ended up with strep throat, but ARG!!!! I'm ALMOST feeling human again, but I'll be damned if the sore throat doesn't want to go away. Come on amoxicillin- kick in already. It's been three days now!!!

So I have these neighbors whose dog constantly gets out of the yard and craps in MY yard, usually right by my doors. Would it be appropriate to pick it up and leave a pile at their door??? LOL. Y'all have NO idea how tempted I am.

For the record...late night is NOT the time to be watching depressing videos on the crappy ass end-of-life care people around the world receive. (Or the crappy care that anyone in chronic care receives thanks to the word "ADDICT.")

Almost three months post-op and noticed something over the last few weeks. I am RARELY hungry. Is it normal to have to remind yourself to eat? (I am almost afraid to admit that I do NOT eat unless I remember- which is maybe every other day.)

The hubby is going back to San Antonio today, and Boy Wonder has ALREADY started acting up because of it. UGH. Why do I think this is going to be harder than Troy leaving in the first place?

Woohoo!!!! Broncos Flag Orange wins the game!!!! Scoreless in the first half, then we scored two touchdowns to come from behind and earn our victory!
