Just got back from first doc appointment took staples out , lost 7 lbs all else good,another ten days before back to pool exercise, Monday on second stage puree. Life is good!!!

@@LaBxChula You'll b fine! If u weren't nervous and scared u wouldn't b normal lol u have any ?'s just ask on this site, people are great about helping! I was sleeved the 6th and have no regrets. Excited about my new journey to a healthier life. Good luck!

@@sunshine_kris Hi had mine done on the 6th too! Feeling good here and u how r u feeling? I go to docs Tuesday to get staples out.I wouldn't get on a scale til then to c how much lost. I am on full liquids until the 20th unless doc changes that Tuesday to puree foods. Hope all is going great for you!!!

I was sleeved Monday the 6th, doing fine here, no pain I find if I put a pillow under my stomach when I sleep on my side it works great! C my doc Tuesday hope he puts me in puree foods! Drinking my water finding it hard to get in all 90 protein getting close tho. I purchased son non flavored will add that to mymy puree food so should b fine. Good luck all on our journey to a healthy life! -

That's how I quit, on may 1st, i used zero nicotine vapor , strawberry and blue berry, still using vapor now and then .hopefully I will never smoke again feel so much better -

I'm five. Days post opt, feeling good.still trying to get all my water and protein in. Only had to take one pain killer so lucky there! C my doc Tuesday, hoping he puts me. On the next step soon. -
