  5. Hi Bayou I'm having surgery in Mexico on November 19...
  6. Hi all...November 19 here as well. I've been on my pre-op since last Monday...lost 6 lbs so far. Drinking a protein shake in the morning and broth or protein shake at lunch. I either eat 1/2 c of grapes as a snack or a sugar free jello; then a protein and vegetable for dinner. Excited but very nervous about the surgery, but I know I made the right decision. Everyone here in the forum have been very supportive! Thank you all!
