  3. Mz Smurf we will do just that! This is your new beginning and you will do great! I lost 16 Lbs on my preop diet and I did it for two weeks! I wasn't perfect everyday, but it sure paid off! Much success to you and keep us updated on your progress!
  4. Thanks George! Surgery went very well yesterday and I'm really feeling well outside if being just a little sore, but I really can't complain! Just waiting to have a smooth recovery! Heading back to Florida from Tijuana on Friday night and to finally relax in my own bed! Yippee! Thanks for all of your support to us late November sleevers and you were right; there was really nothing to worry about!

Hello everyone; couldn't checkin yesterday but I wanted to let everyone know that surgery went very well... virtually no pain after surgery ; just a couple gas pains here and there and just a little sore in the area where the drain is, but overall, I feel great! I pray everyone else is doing fine...please check in when you're able to!

  9. Mostly everyone postop seem to be doing pretty well! Two more days to go! I'm traveling to San Diego tomorrow and then it's off to Mexico for surgery on Monday...I'm asking for everyone's prayers...it's my first major surgery and I'm wire nervous although I'm ready for it to be over! I'll keep everyone posted! I thank everyone who has been through this already this month...your posts have been so helpful! I have to remember to walk, walk, walk, sip, sip, sip! :-) You all are a wonderful support system!

  14. Hi Sarah - my preop is two weeks...full liquids on Saturday and Sunday...yuck! Lol...i am happy to have lost the 10 pounds though...my surgery is with Dr Ariel Ortiz in Baja Mexico...just outside of San Diego and I believe near Tijuana as well. I do wish you a very safe flight coming over..please keep us updated!
  15. Hi ladies - I'm also die for surgery on Monday and in Mexico as well! Did my research and I'm really happy with my choice in surgeon...the pre-op hasn't been easy! I think I've lost about 10 lbs (I cheated a couple times)! Felt terrible but jumped right back on the next day. I'm a little nervous but excited! Yay for us!
