  1. Congratulations on your weightloss! You look great! Such an inspiration!
  2. It's going well! My stats...256 lbs prior to preop diet...date of surgery 240 lbs...as if today 233.8 lbs. I'm so pleased! By the way, I was 271 lbs in August 2012, so I've been on this journey for a few months...
  3. Lorilee - I just returned from TJ in which Dr Ortiz performed my sleeve on 11/19. He is excellent! And so is his team! I think I may even have a crush! Lol...he has a great bedside manner (as well as his co-surgeon Dr Martinez). I had a great experience! No complications and I feel great!
  4. Congratulations! I just got back today from being sleeved in TJ on 11/19....my surgeons were awesome! Not sure who is performing yours, but much success to you; you''ll do fine! Just remember to sip alot and walk away the gas pains! Take some gasx and Tylenol with you just in case!
  5. Tally, I had the same issue with pain on my right side (drain was on my left side)....I took 2 Tylenol today and feel so much better! I also walked a lot...although I think the Tylenol worked even better! :-)
  6. Sarah our prayers are with you!
  7. Sel we hope those pains go away soon! We'll be your emotional support...don't worry!
  8. Thanks BG...it went very well! Outside of the gas pains I'm really feeling wonderful!
  9. Congratulations and welcome to the losers bench! I was sleeved on Monday and it's getting better everyday! I went shopping at Walmart today! I do have some gas pains too, so I'm trying to walk it all off! Sorry to hear about the chest pains but I'm glad everything worked out fine! I hope you have a very smooth recovery!
  10. Kali, my bad, I misinterpreted...don't get discouraged!
