  2. Wow I was just wondering this myself this morning! I am two weeks out today and tried sleeping on my stomach for the first time last night. It has made me site in the major incision today. So just listen to your body I guess because everyone is different.
  3. Sleeved May 17th. Down 23lbs!
  4. Just an update and would love to hear other May sleevers updates. It is day ten and 22 lbs down. Feels great to be a loser!
  5. Lol it's freaking horrible!!! When I saw the name of this topic I felt like I was slapped in the face with horror. I got the cherry flavored one. I had to put a straw almost to the back of my throat and chug. It's that gross.
  6. Could be celiac disease. To properly diagnose cd is to have an endoscopy done and they will do a biopsy while in there. Cd can make your stools and gas odors seem lethal. If you just had the vsg done and you are having diarrhea it could be that you have an infection somewhere. Please go to your dr ASAP for anything you may think is wrong. Because you know your body best. Good luck to all.
  7. Thank you! It is now day 4 with 10 pounds down and still haven't gotten sick Knock on wood lol
  8. I'm doing great. It was not as bad as I thought. They moved my date to May 17th because the woman who was before me had complications. So since the 17th I have lost 6pounds. Not bad.

  14. Water. Not wait her. Silly phone
  15. Can totally relate here... My surgery is next month and last month I was a pure coke and Dr.pepper drinker. That was my caffeine. So I started drinking diet anything. Then a few weeks of that, I started drinking less and less of any soda at all and now I just drink wait her special k protein water or plain water. Milk here and there and of course the protein shakes. Frosty chocolate to be exact. But since cutting out soda, it has helped me lose some pre surgery pounds. You can do it. You just have to tell yourself how serious you are about this new lifestyle and stay determined.
