I found out that I love Mio in my water

Sorry I haven't been on in awhile, but I just wanted to say that since I started this whole journey at 295 , I am now 210 I have confidence and I feel happier and love my body again

Gym in the morning ! I have 7 days to get as much in as I can before I see my hubby for christmas!! That means, new hair cut , color, highlight, color contacts , and body wrap, and nails... talk about a lot to do before I see him!! He hasn't seen the new me yet!!

I went to my 2 month check up and since Feb of this year I have lost 72 lbs!!!!!!!! So flipping AMAZING!!

Tomorrow is my 2 month post check up lets hear some good news lol, crossing my fingers Oo

I'm sooo excited!! I lost 6 inches !! And I'm wearing size Large now and not 2xl .... I feel like crying I'm so happy!!!

So I have officially lost 57 lbs since feb. and 32 of it since surgery

Well I finally got to try on my first pair of Jeggings lol, and with the boots I got that come up over my knees they look amazing! Loving all the weight Im loosing

Well I have lost another 8 lbs

Went on a 3 mile hike with my dog then had an AMAZING spurt of energy and cleaned the house

1 Egg and 1 yogurt for breakfast yum!

Cleaning and deff a late stroll , and I mean a 2 mile walk hahaha with my best girlfriend Plus I'm starting to like tuna lol, which I never liked

I'm 1 month out and I went from a size 20 to a size 16!!! Woohoo!

Yea My follow up visit for my Dietitian/nutritionist Excited! The gym was AMAZING today

29 days post op and I have my first trainer appt at my gym! Excited! Time to get toning up

So the Deployment Curse has Started.. My truck won't start this morning to take my kiddos to school, then I jump it with my car and when I close the hood of the car , the Honda Emblem falls off! Amazing!! lol

Today will be the last date I have with my hubby for 5 months, Making the best of it I can! Gotta Love the military

So I went out for breakfast this morning and ordered a veggies egg scramble with cottage cheese and took about 3 spoonfuls of cottage cheese and 4 bites of eggs and I was done lol, I think my husband is getting tired of leftovers from place's we go hahahaha

Well Today is going good, feeling alittle backed up ( if you know what I mean) and refuse to take Milk of Magnesia , it makes me want to puke... trying to find other ways to help this out

Today is bright and sunny, had a scrambled egg and 2 slices of honey turkey for breakfast and feeling the need to go walking a mile or 2 lol

So I just bought a Magic Bullet from Costco for only $35! Now since Im on my stage 3 diet , I can puree all my foods simply!!! I'm soo stoked! I can even make my protein shakes easier, cause it came with more attachments to make smoothies too!!!

Eating mushy food makes me happy lol, just making sure I remember to eat slowly lol

Such a blah rainy day... Sat at home with home made chicken soup and hot coco <3

Well My 2 week post op check up went great! I'm on stage 3 diet now! And I have lost 1 inch on my waist and 18 lbs since my surgery ! So with the 25lbs I lost before surgery thats 43lbs I have lost so far!!!

Well today Im 15 days post op and I have my first Check up with my doctor, wish me luck I will also find out how much weight I have lost! Excited!
