Just read your story. I have to ask..did you don ANY research before getting banded? You appear to be one of the many that think the band is going to all the work for you. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. It helps you do the work for yourself. You were banded a month ago and thought you would have lost 30 pounds by now. That's roughly halfway to goal. REALLY? You've been eating McDonald's cheeseburgers and candy! No, you do not need a fill. You need some self control!
