Day 3 from surg. No gas pain and swelling in my belly is going down. I am able to sleep in my side. Right side more tender than left side. Not really much of an appetite. All I had yesterday was a cup of cream of chicken soup and water. Although when I see commercials for pizza I have to change the channel

Starting weight 9/12 259 and now 9/16 251 down 8lbs. Thought it would be more seeing as to how I'm not eating much...

One day at a time...All I have to say is that I feel good. The pain (if any) is very minimal. Have not had to use any pain peds

Go on 15-20 min walks about 3 times a day..

All in all doing good.

Well this is day 2 from surg and I'm experiencing chest pain and need to cough. Have a lot of pressure in the abdomen but very tolerable.

Should be drinking more but have NO appetite.

Just forced myself 1/2 cup chicken soup.
