Went to a chinese buffett today, and I WON!! It felt so good to have a small plate of everything and nibble on it and be so satisfied! Thank you Sleevie for changing my life :0} I LOVE ME SLEEVE.

OK...I have really stacked up th eNSVs!! My FAVE ring falls of my finger now, don't know if that is a victory though...I LOVE THAT RING! I can button 16's! I bought a pair of jeans 6 years ago and they NEVER fit, couldn't get them past my hips, now, THEY FIT! (and this AM I weighed 199.4!! That is a HUGE scale victory! ONDERLANDSS) My husband is constatnly complimenting me and my Liz Claiborne cardigan buttons with ease, no longer busting at the sea...

Got back from Vegas last night, I AM BEAT!! Walked the strip 4 times. My hips, legs and feet wanted to fall off. It was great being able to share meals with my bestie! Sure saved me some $$$!

Panda Express!! Kids meal with mixed veggies and string bean chicken. Chicken has 170 calories and 15g protein for a regular serving! I know the sodium isnt good, but a good choice any how! Only ate the string bean chicken. STUFFED! LOL!! I ate less than my 5 year old daughter!

NSV! I gave up my brownie! LOL!! Before I would have claimed ownership of it, today, I took a nibble, gave 1/2 to my daughter and the other 1/2 to my friend! Felt really good that that little chocolate brownie didn't rule me. :0}

SO happy. My aunts and mom are now considering the sleeve! So glad I could be an inspiration to them. :0}
