I don't know, maybe talk to your NUT about it. I know just reading around here that everyone has different requirements for their post-op (and pre-op) diets. I am very lucky but I do take it slow. I also never had a port or a leak test as some people do. It will be worth it and the time will go quick!!!

Hey, hope you like the buffalo chicken, its very tasty! My doctor is very different from most on here. I was able to start soft foods the day after I left the hospital. I didn't have to do any kind of liquid diet except 24 hours before the surgery.

Thank you, I'm not doing too bad. I think its the usual hard to get in fluids and protein but I'm chugging along!
