How do you "pin" something from the internet to put on your Pinterest board?

Anybody know how to add a new board on pinterest?

I'm in awe of the lack of sportsmanship some coaches teach their players. 35-7 and you keep your starters in!?! Really coach, your kids are at least a foot taller than ours. Not sure what your trying to prove....Shame on you. It's no wonder your players act like they do.....
