  1. April 13, 2023, i had my lap band out and revised to gastric bypass dues to health problems from the GERD I had.

  2. Happy mommy's day to all the awesome mommies out there, esp my mommy, Renatesteve Stiles, as well as Happy birthday to her as well!!

  4. Cannot get enough food after awesome workout today!!!

  5. Excited for crossfit grand opening!!!

  6. Awesome workout today! Total of 120 pullups(assisted but getting better ) 240 pushups and 360 squats in 30 min...booyah!!

  7. What a great weekend, enjoyed my time with my babies yesyerday, today had an awesome day hanging with the bestie, Amber Gallegos and kiddies, followed with a yummy dinner with Amber and James Gallegos and now Walkin Dead with David Dillard!!

  8. Having a great day do far with my fave kiddies got done watching Lorax now IHOP for maybe green eggs n ham....i love my babies!

  9. Tons of stuff to do today just me n the babes....maybe chk out a movie now...the crowds outta b great!

  20. great start to my morning, took the kiddies to crossfit with and had a great workout,now ready to take on the day!

  24. Omg!! Hard workout today...15 min running, and then 5 reps of 5-8 wall climbs, 10 box jumps, 10 swinging on bar pulling legs up, and then added total of 20 pull ups...I'm dying n its awesome!! J love the wall climbs, super hard, but oh so good!!
