I'm losing again! Down 2 lbs

Thank God I didn't gain a lb after this holiday weekend. I ate mostly meet and veggies

1lb is equivalent to 3500 calories.

2 cc added to my band I gotta lose 10 lbs by mid April

2 things I cant live without coffee in the am and protein throughout the day

2cc fill today and boy was I grumpy

2nd fill and I hope to feel more restriction because ive been an itty bitty piggy

3 weeks post and shoulder pain again
