I'm happy my Granny is here visiting me.

I woke up to a total loss of 15lbs

I have been strictly following the diet and have had no issues with gagging. I vomited the 1st night but I think it was bio.

At the grocery store what a drag

I caught a lavender shoulder heating pad on sale for $5. It's helping me to not cry about the pain
