Today I start training toward my white belt in mixed martial arts. Not sure if I'm going to go for the female standards (25 girl push ups in 2 minutes, 25 sit ups in 2 minutes, 1 mile run in 8 minutes) or the male standards (50 regular push ups in 2 minutes, 50 sit ups in 2 minutes, 2 miles in 16 minutes). Upper body strength is the problem for me, so the push ups are the hardest part. I found out a few days ago that I can pretty much pass the yellow belt requirements without a problem, b...
